If we go to ohms law 1320watts divide by 220volts is around 6amps . But as gardo says if it is a radial circuit I wouldn’t be doing it . If it’s a ring main it wouldn’t be a issue. But without knowing this I think ya flying to close to the sun imho 😃🇬🇧

Also what you will have to bear in mind is what ever else is plugged into that circuit. Let’s say for example it’s on the upstairs ring. And you got 1500w going on. And ya missus plugs here straighteners in then then hover etc. The fuse will pop (should pop if doing its job)
My advice being a sparky would be if you have spare capacity run in a new circuit for you grow gear. As the lads say get a contactor as the lights are inductive, meaning they draw more current when initially starting up.
I’ve got a separate fuse board in my loft which is not protected by rcd so if any of my house electrics trip the girls are still sunning themselves.

On another note, if you plug an extension lead into the socket which has a 13a fuse in. This will blow before it takes out your electrics.

Cant get your pics up on tapa.

Have you worked out if your on a ring? What size breaker do you have in the fuse board for that upstairs circuit ?

As millwall says only you know what else is being powered upstairs

This is actually where smart meters come in very handy

From the pic it’s looks like it’s on a ring mate.
