Why did you opt for the 3000K over the 3500K, mate? I've read the 3500K is better for veg or is my info bollocks? What's the difference?

Just more blue light in the spectrum of the 3500k,but looking at mine yesterday and today I would say they have visibly grown in 24 hrs,they are flying now and are really short and stocky,gotta say I’m very impressed so far,I’ll put another pic up tomorrow and you can see for yourself how well they have done in the last 2 days.

Not a huge amount in it tbh

Still enough blue in the 3000K but then theres less green (lumens) and more red so the plant will flower better

Ive seen people full cycle on 2700K and not had too much stretch. Loads more blue than say hps

3500K is the popular choice in V1
3000K is the sweet spot in V2

You want to add red cobs like 2100K to rectify this (not more blue !!)

Just thought I would give an update as to how my new 3000k QBs are doing,the plants are Larry bird 33 and Chocolope in coco,ab canna nutes, 3mls per ltr,silicon half dose and some canna start at half dose,the plants are approx 2 weeks above soil,just thought I would show how the lights are doing for the ppl who are looking at buying the QBs.
