    Ive not used the t5's before mate but from what I gather you need them 6 to 8 inches above the plants. Just use a tape measure. So yes drop them down. How far away were they to cause the stretching in the first place ?

    Cool you have grow and bloom already then

    T5's for the whole grow or just the seedlings.

    Hi Donsh brother take a quick look at the beginning of my diary mate "link below" it will give you a bit of an idea on how long i use my T5 before moving on to my 400W MH, good luck and all the best bro'. G'.

    Default Leggy stems

    Right was advised to get these into pots as they were getting leggy have done so,one plant fell over you can see it in the picture we planted deep to see if she can be saved any advice where do a go from here?

    What you guys think?
