Default hi everyone, new to the website, got some questions

hi guys, first time grower here, currently growing some think fast under a 600w led( actual power draw is like 120w or something, got it for a really good price so i cant complain)
3 of my seedling is need to be transplant but also ready to get main-lining training, can i do both at the same time?
Also 1 seedling is looking weird and growing slowly compare to others, wondering what is wrong with it.
Would be nice if you guys can give some advise, thank you.

Welcome to the talk brother, sorry i'm not really an LED man but there are a lot here on the talk so no doubt someone will be along soon that can advise you on that, i've never done this mainline training mate but i would advise you to transplant your girls first and give them a few days to settle into their new pots before training, what strains are these mate ? and what medium are they in ? and what pot size are you moving them to ? what's your temps day and night, sorry about all the questions brother but the more info you give us the more help and advice you will receive, would be better if you started a diary in the novice section of growers diaries mate, all the best brother G'.

    Thank you for the advise.
The strains are think fast by dutch passion, they are growing in soil, just ordered some 2 gallon pot to move them into. Temperature is about 23 to 29 celsius degree in days and about 15 to 20 celsius degree at night, according to the wether forecast it could drop to 13 celsius degree at night real fast, but im planing moving them away from the balcony to another room( i dont have a grow tent) so i don't think temperature would be a problem.
