After having an issue with spider mites on the current run and struggling to control it im looking for advice for the next one.

A few things im gonna do for the next run is cover the intake vent with carbon filter, use hanging sticky traps, be more cautious with clothing changes etc before entering the tent

Wondering what else i can do to help prevent further issues?

Also what do people do between grows to clean the tent? Plan to wipe everything down with a weak bleach solution and was thinking about smoke bombing the tent to kill off anything else. What do other people do?

    Cheers guys 👍

That includes the fan blades, each and every surface and every nook and crevice. Those little fuckers seem to be able to survive anywhere. I washed down walls, and inside tent with a mild mix of bleach and warm water. Then rinsed and washed again with antibactirial soap. Rinsed and put the heater in the tent at full ball for 12 hours. Temps went insane and that had to have cooked the litter fuckers.

A good spray of neem oil around the room pots etc etc . Fly traps to be hung in ya tent and outside near ya air in and the doorway. Mix neem oil a teaspoon per litre and a drop of washing up liquid ( fiary ) using warm water, and ya can spray ya plants with it and depending on ya medium ya medium as well. The bugs just don’t like the smell or taste if neem and will feck off somewhere else. 😃🇬🇧
