How old is this seedling? Are there drain holes in the cup? How big is that cup? What light are you using and how close?
My guess would be nute burn which can sometimes happen to sensitive seedlings in a fortified soil and lights too close?

Hit send too fast. My 2nd guess was that she wants to be transplanted.

Only young, 3 of them around 2 week and was transplanted last week, other 7 are only a week and were seed direct to this pot. I did think i was slighty neut burn myself so hopefully theyll be fine
. Under a 600w parabolic but on the 400w setting around 8" above as they started to become leggy looking for light

Cup size is a normal paper drinks cup so around 350ml/400ml. No drain holes but do have expanded clay at the bottom. Shall i pop some holes?

That 8" could be your problem, the recommended close's with 400W is 14"

Parabolics have no direct light , i did start around 15" but they grew long and weak like they wernt getting enough, ive just knocked it down to 300w to see if that helps
