Test results i did on a 600w mh and outdoors.

I just did some testing on the Temps on a 600W MH and outdoor temps as well. At 22" in direct MH light the temps were 90 degrees, or 32.2 C and with the temp gage hanging over at the edge of the parabolic about 1" below this would be the shade tem of the light, it was 84 degrees.

Then I took the temp gage out side and it was 88 degrees in the shade, and 109 degrees out on to of the grass in direct Sun. So, I have come to a concluntion that the tend direct light is not too much light for the plants. JMO on my testing. First two pictures are from outside, and the last one is inside 22" under the 600W MH. I don't have a picture of the 84 degrees inside temp, I took it yesterday and have erase it already. But you get my drift.

So, to make a long story short, I don't think we have to worry about seeing 90 degrees in our tents under the 600W.

It’s also worth mentioning though that encouraging lower temperatures during the later stages of flowering will retain a much higher terpene content and can lead to harvesting more aromatic and flavour-full buds
just thought since this was a ''test result'' id say why you wouldn't wanna grow indoors every single day at 32.5c in a 600w tent
