A lot of guys swear by plant magic soil supreme and old timers range of nutes.

I used canna terra range with ok results

Verve from B&Q works well too if you dont want a posh soil
    Would these sizes be okay?

Are you starting in cups did you say? 3.8 is a bit too big to start in otherwise

No right or wrong like i said but bare in mind the more transplanting, the more shock to the plant so aim to do in 2 or 3 size.

Rhizotonic on hand to help with stress and some mykos to spinkle on the rootballs will serve you well

Yeah I got some party cups so figured once it’s popped it’s root in jiffy peat I’ll move it to the cup. Then perhaps cup > 3.8 > 12 > 16 or even less than that? Just sytruggling to find good pot sizes online fast, at good prices. 14 hour days at work right now no time to go shopping in person lol

I actually bought some rhiztonic already just weren’t sure when to use it 😋

The 12 and 16 are pretty similar so miss out the 12. No need for extra transplant shock

Any chance you know where I can buy racks like these

So the bottom of my pots don’t stay soggy and water can just drip off into bottom of tent

If you search "round pot stand" on eBay you'll find similar things. Hope that helps
