I'd go with Low Stress Training you get nice wide bushy short plants and the effort required to do LST lets you get to know your plants very intimately

The OP is planning on growing Auto plants. That may determine just how much training is possible. After all we would not want to stress the Auto to the point where growth/development is negatively impacted. As that results in smaller yield.

I have two Auto Bomb plants growing currently and they just fit in a tent that is 1.8m in height - once a 10l pot and my lighting is taken into account.

Going to be hard to keep the Auto plants out of the lights. Maybe try a shorter bushier plant for your grow space?

Thanks your answer. What do you suggest for max plant height?

Just do the maths. Size of your pots, the distance between the roof of your grow space and the bottom of your light. Then work out what gap there has to be from the light to the top of your plant.

What you have left is the max height of the plant you can grow.

I do not know how close you can put the lights you are using to a plant, and not sure what size pot you are growing in. So only you can answer those questions.

Thank you. I done the maths. After it, i made some changes on the grow-room. My place is in the basement, under the steps. I made a hole in the bottom to increase height.
Plan: 3 gallons pots (about 27 cm/1ft tall), the gap from the light to the top of my plants about 16 inch (40cm). Roughly my max plant height is 100 cm.

I'd say with a max height of 100cm for the plant you'll be fine if you do a bit of low stress training. Just pick a short strain and you'll manage with all the guidance for thetalk. People grow in pc cases so it's possible ofc. I'm in a 90cm tent which unfortunately limits me to cfls unless a want to try to train a 6 inch plant lol. I'd love to have another foot or two in height. Half my stress from this grow can be attributed to the flowering stretch and how close to the lights they got before mercifully stopping.

If you know the stages of growth and timeline (which is fairly predictable with autos) then you can train effectively.

I'm only on my 2nd grow so most of this is based on my limited xp, or from info I've picked up from people on here

Thanks for your answer. I decided to go with two autos Both from Dutch Passion: Think Different and Auto Ultimate. Theoreticly 80-100cm will be the max height of my plants. I will go with little low stress training. (i thought about scrog, but my place is hard to reach, and do something in it, that's why I won't do scrog this time.)
