Blister on leaves

Right guys first true leaves have shown what looks like a blister just wondering if anybody's seen it before.

Soil is canna terra
Lights 2x 90w draw led ufo 60cm from plant
Just had plain water so far.

She's been under a humidity dome which gets sprayed a few every day.

First pic shows worst affected leaf.

Leave the dome off and stop spraying its not needed...Its a young plant just establishing itself I wouldn't worry about it at this point...

Sound mate took the dome off last night to get her used to the proper enviroment anyways. Cheers for your help man.

Ive had the same thing on my last 5 plants. Always seem to grow out of it, whatever it is ???

Is that edema? As I recall they form when there is a quicker uptake of water than what can be respired. Some weird combination of lighting, water, and growth rates. Had those on the underside of my chillies once. D'oh thinking that they were pests and I defoliated the plant LOL.

Not long in from work and it appears to have got worse. Think I've let her dry out to much should have watered yesterday going by the soils dryness.

With a closer look it isn't blisters but what looks like thinner patches on the leafs surface. Going by pic 2 it didn't show from the underside.

Also excuse the fingernails just in from work lol.

You got a loupe? Can you look through with that? If nothing besides your plant is alive and moving, I wouldn't sweat too much.

My Thai plant had those splodges, in fact, worse than yours, but temps were high in the 30s and humidity was as I recall also in the 30s.

Like Bud said it was a young plant trying to get established. Mine looked like a deficiency at the time but it sorted itself out without much intervention.

Just checked edema out no wonder you thought it was pests lol some of the blister look like eggs to me in the pics on Google.
Don't think it's that that though she hast been getting major amounts of water tbh like 300 ml at a time with a couple of days between

Lol I do and didn't even think to use it haha cheers. Will go look the now. I'm sitting about 37% humidity 24°/ 27°.

Looking through the loupe looks like it's just thinner patches on the surface she seems to be growing at an ok rate for 9 days old so not to worried gave her a very minor dose of biosilicon and rhizotonic tonight to help her out.
