OK buddy that is pretty much what is holding your plant back and making them look less than perfect. When you re-pot them, make sure you have plenty of good drainage going on. You only want to water when your plant grow medium is relatively dry. The pot should feel "light" or you can poke your finger up till the second knuckle and the soil/compost is not damp.
Watering every day makes for lazy roots, make them work finding water and they will be strong and healthy. Soggy roots also rot, and are breeding place for disease.
