What's your plan for pollen collection..?
You know you'll have to separate her for the last week or more while she matures and drops pollen...
Hi Dexter. Thanks for stopping in! When he/she is ready to burst I was planning on cramming into a cardboard box with a 60w CFL. Foil cone from stalk to the top of the box. Give a shake and then pour into a ziplock bag.

All done as far from the groom as I can get in my small loft. WC would be optimal if I can get box small enough.

To pollinate I was going to dip the sister stems into the bag and give a shake.

You can cut the stem that you are having go male when the sacs aren't quite ripe and separate then. Just treat it like you want to make a clone.

When it gets ripe, shake it over a paper plate. Get a little cheap artists brush and paint the flowers. Just the white hairs. Do it when the flowers are about 3 weeks old.

You can store the pollen in the fridge for a year. Just put something in the container that will keep the humidity down. I am going to try rice.

Thanks Spdrjeff. At this point I am making the whole plant male. 8 am going thru a ton of colloidal silver. Do you think just a branch or two would be enough pollen? It would definitely be easier to contain and manage if I had less plant. She is getting a bit large for my origional plan.

Hopefully by the time I am done you have a way to controll the lights in your box. It would be great if you could grow my seeds. 1 week veg then flip to 12/12 and she would fit your new box perfectly.

Yes a branch or 2 should be enough. I made a step by step thread after doing some research. Check it out if you can find it.

I bet there are plenty on this forum that can help you with the light leak and the wiring.

Light leak is easy fix, get a longer intake, and, or, stick a black stocking over the end, it’ll stop a lot of light getting in. If you have an old carbon filter, that’s always a good thing to stick on the end of your intake, stops loads of shit, and light from getting in the intake
