Repot them up in bigger pots . Add some perlite i there 20% . Some good compost 50% or worm shit added to the peat based soil o.

Go easy on watering . I would say thats the issue . Overwatering and lack of soil aeration . Roots are boggin down suffocatin

Alright i'll move them both into some bigger pots with 20% Perlite, 50% compost (I have my own compost bin will that be alright?), and can the rest just be organic potting mix? Cheers

Yeah i'm going to move them into a spot with much more light and start giving them nutrients, i've got some stuff called Powerfeed that i'm going to start feeding them regularly

i don't think not enough sun light is your problem, if your honestly getting 7 hours a day they should be much much bigger, i had a auto outside in uk next to a fence where the sun rises so it would only hit it from around midday till around 6 or 7pm deep summer time but early on id be lucky to get 6, also the bright blue sky also provides light to the plant.

No! No nutrients man! Just hold off on everything-give them a chance to catch their breath. Plants that small have not used up the nutes in the soil yet. Adding more will stunt their growth even more.

Really? They both look really hungry and Nitrogen deficient and they're both over a month old.
