Sticky fly traps dude. Hang them around the grow space.

Got a pic of them mate? Might be thrips or gnats. Try and get us a pic off google of what the y resemble the most, and then we can treat them. As already mentioned yellow sticky traps are a must. Let the top inch of medium dry out between watering so the larvae can’t survive there

yeah i think they came with the coco i bought! never buying it again lol they look exactly like gnats of google. ive put sticky traps everywhere round the room, even inside the lips of the pots. going to give them a quick spray with mighty wash when the lights go out. thanks for all the info guys. ive been letting the medium dry right out between waterings.

If you can let the soil dry to an inch down between waterrings, their eggs will dry and die.....Kill them in bed!...Hahaha!

Piece of piss to get rid of these....Small blast of raid fly spray around the base of the pots once a day for a week, avoid spraying the plants and medium....Kills them on contact and breaks the breeding cycle...

    Regards BL

That is what they taught us in the pre-test classes before the test to be Texas Certified Nursery professional..I held on to it for 8 years before getting switched to another area of the store. My Garden Center was the first to earn a million in sales within our district--which included parts of Dallas.
