    Sticky fly traps dude. Hang them around the grow space.

    Got a pic of them mate? Might be thrips or gnats. Try and get us a pic off google of what the y resemble the most, and then we can treat them. As already mentioned yellow sticky traps are a must. Let the top inch of medium dry out between watering so the larvae can’t survive there

    I bought a bag of Canna Bio a couple of weeks ago, bastard is full of them, have many sticky traps around room, eh Macky

    Watched one little fecker sitting on my seedling straightening his wings, then flew off into sticky death

    yeah i think they came with the coco i bought! never buying it again lol they look exactly like gnats of google. ive put sticky traps everywhere round the room, even inside the lips of the pots. going to give them a quick spray with mighty wash when the lights go out. thanks for all the info guys. ive been letting the medium dry right out between waterings.

    i couldnd find any to take a picture of but they look like gnats for definite. ive only seen two so far and something else in the soil that looked like a thrip but i squished it before i thought to take a picture. it was kinda long a green moved quite quickly

    If you can let the soil dry to an inch down between waterrings, their eggs will dry and die.....Kill them in bed!...Hahaha!
