    Default Another Ironman mash up!

Evening folks, I thought I'd share my latest brain wave with you. I use humidity domes for the first part of seedling stage.

I've had these domes about a year, they sell them for a couple of quid in homebase.

I've tried many ways of reading the temps and RH inside the domes. I've never really got it spot on, until now 😁.

Love this idea. Already have the same meters. I have never been able to find those domes. Finally found them! Odd name they have and do not pull up in my regular searches.

At least you're behind the keyboard! imagine me at the garden center asking about "those clear domes", and the lady yells out to a colleague, "____, where do we keep the clocks?"

    Clocks?

    Oh... cloches.

    Oh, they are not clo-chis.

Is it dry where you grow? I've never have much luck with those germinating vegetable seeds. I thought they weren't needed? Most of my readings steered me away from them.

I'm after some of those domes, I currently use an upside down glass jar that the lid broke off but I think the seal over the whole dwc net pot would provide a better seal than just on the hydroton like my jar goes

Rh in my groom at the moment is 34% without the humidifier on. So I suppose you could say it's dry, too dry for veg anyways😉
