150w Red

Will a 150w hps red spec be good enough to flower and veg one plant? Would it be worth it to buy a blue spec cf? i dont care too much about yeild, its just for the experience.

You could but the amount of bud produced would be very down on the norm..

thanks for the help. I bought the light because the guy at the shop told my it was duel spectrum. When I was setting it up I relieved it was only red. But if this light will work I think Ill keep it.

hmm an Oz, I'd say yes with a long vegging period but if you flower early then probably not, still I am by no means an expert (lol) just thought I'd give you an early answer Jeff...

I supose I dont care to much, the seeds were cheap. I think I will veg for about 4 weeks and see how much that gets me.:stroke_chin:
