My room is being used at the moment so this project will take a while, but basically the system will be made using a underfloor heating manifold ( see pics ) these have regulators on each valve, so basically, I can dial in each outlet to let the same amount of water through it, a flow cup will be used to set up the exact same flow through each valve, pumped from a res via a timer.

Simple but should work effectively
