Default Scooby needs the talks help.

Right hope everybody is well and I apologize for the long arse post lol but I need opinions on this.

Strain Fast n Vast (day 38)

    Soil- canna terra

Lights 2x90w roleadro ufo (65cm from plant) 24/0 schedule

Temps- 18.3° min 27.1° max (usually sits between 20-22° though)

    Humidity 46%- 60%

    Pot- 10L smartpot

Symptoms are a reddining of leaf stems a few days into flower that started at the top of plant then proceeded to move down to lowest fan leaves over a week. This purpling is also moving into the leaf veins too. Branches remain green so far.

Shes had two feeds so far of

old timers grow 1ml/L. since day 34

canna bio flores 1ml/L. Since day 34

    2ml/L rhizo. From seedling

    1ml/L bio silicon. From seedling

    2x calmag foliars 1ml/L on week 2 then 4

Water till light runoff every 2/3 days with plain water between feeds.

Also ph of plain water going in was 6.4 and runoff was 6.7 if that helps (haven't checked ph of feed yet though).

I know it dosnt look too bad the now but last time it happened it progressed to the last pic in no time lol. Cheers for reading through all this any helps really apreciated.

Think it’s the PAR of the LED mate, if you check the stems that have been shaded by leaves, I bet they’re green, and anything that has had direct light to the stem is purple?

Macky could be right, I had purple stems all grow with LEDs. Could be genetics of plant.

They only other thing I can think of that will mess up your plant like that is a calcium deficiency

Intrigued as to the answer to this. I nursed/dragged 3 plants over the line in a similar appearance last grow like this

The stems colour can be PAR related as guys have said but you have them on underside of leaves, unless I'm mistaken, so I'm leaning to nutrition / pH issues

I say this as you have discolouration of leaves top and bottom

Good flush maybe but you are getting run off and plain watering in between

Cheers for your reply mate I have had suspicions of the lights, the 2nd last pic is one of my lowest fan leaves and its heavily shaded with slight purpling. If it was the lights wouldn't it have shown from the start. The recommended distance is 0.5-2m but I am running two I suppose, so that might mean the distance needs to increase which I can't 😣

I am wondering if my base ph is 6.4 then possibly the feed pulls that down to lockout levels but my last plain water runoff came out as 6.7 which is telling me the root ph is ok... bloody plants 😂😂

If it's lights, lifting them will show immediately. The buds don't look bleached at all and they are usually the weak spots and go albino

I do remember that last time this happened the red bled into the calyxes and pistals, will look for a pic. Might need to copy Gaz and drop one of the lights as I'm at the tent ceiling the now lol.
