Sorry brother didn't realize you were in the height of summer, can i just ask why you are running your extraction for seedlings mate, if it's a powerful unit it will take out all of the air as you say every hour so could be fighting a loosing battle here try switching it off for a day or two see what happens with your Rh mate, i didn't run mine until two weeks after 12/12 flip and had no problems at all, all the best bro' G'.

So I was under the impression that even for small plants, the air must be exchanged otherwise things become stagnant. I'm also worried that the temperature is going to just get worse. Temps in the room maxed at 30c just the other day with BOTH extraction fans on + a rotary fan. I suppose at this point these babies are so damaged there's no real recovery so I might as well try turn the fans off and see what happens. I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board on this room. Things are not as good as I thought they were.

When i was struggling to keep temps down i was growing with my groom doors wide open during lights on with just fans blowing over my girls which was ok because they weren't smelling then, then closing the doors for lights off and leaving the fans on, all the best brother, G'.
