Default what's the matter with my plant's?

Hi guys! Just wanting some help, I have two plants in a 150 cm x150cm x200 cm grow tent. I have a 600w led light, they are in a 15litre 70/30 coco perlite medium. My problem is I have yellowing leaves at the top of my plants. coming from the stem out. I also have a brown spot on one of the leaves. The first image is the first plant with the brown spot on it the second ones are the plant i feel is most badly affected by the yellowing streaks. Using regular tap water and started feeding them a week ago after they started showing deficiencies, they are now 3 week's old .

Coco is nuitirent void mate, there is nothing in it, so your plants have starved since they popped. They’re gonna need a proper feed, at a low level, and slowly raise how much food is in the medium.

Give me the info on the feed, and I’ll get you back on track

Hi, thanks a lot for all you're help!. bit of a newbie when it comes to indoors. From after one week I started feeding them with fertilizer with an npk of 14.4.7 It said to put in a quarter scoop of 10ml per 4.5 gallons and I put it in about 1.5 gallons (mistake). It's now the end of week 3. Feeding them with nutes as well, with an npk of 24.6.8. Feeding them with the fertz twice a week and nutes once. Just do it every other watering. I sadly forgot about the ph reader, so you think I buy one and test the ph of the water i've put the nutes in, before adjusting it to 5.8?. Just wondering is that the same process when it comes to fertilizer ph feeding adjustment?. I thought it might be light burn, but 23.5 degrees Celsius with 49% humidity, but yeah they are the yellowist, at the top :/. btw They are in 15 Liter pots. Thank's a lot for you guy's taking the time out, Just want to get thing's right.

In coco mate, you feed everytime you water. Never give just plain water.

Feed and get atleast ten percent run off with every feed. You also want to feed everyday, at the least, every other day. Coco like to be kept moist, and fresh food given daily.

Do you have an ec meter mate?

It differs depending on the strain, and size of the plant. You’re gonna need an ec meter mate.

You check your tap water first, that’s your “ bg ec” ( background ec) and add 0.2 ec of food to that, and make your way up from there. 1.2 seems to be the highest I’ve ever gone in coco.

Ec, and ph, is crucial in coco, if it’s off, the plant won’t eat right
