Hi new to forum and growing so here to learn as much as poss😊 going to start off with a couple of autos getting really confused with all the different lights only want to grow a couple of plants at a time plus need to keep the cost down as money is tight thanks👍

Know what you mean about lighting... it's a bloody minefield

Cost wise, CFL is probably the cheapest entry... but will give the poorer results

HPS is the next cheapest

LED is the most expensive option to purchase - but running costs are the lowest!

Invisible sun have a cracking deal for the ISH150.*140quid and perfect for two autos. States its a replacement for a 300w HPS. Not sure how much they are but if they are cheaper, youll make your money back on the LEDs in no time

like mc said its a minefield, your best option would be to see what you can source locally and then try find similar online for cheaper, this way if you need bulbs or a new ballast in a flash you can source locally

as per two autos it completely depends on the size of the groom (grow room) and your power consumption mate, bigger your room the bigger the cost of running lights n extraction etc

good luck with the grow get a dairy up and we can help you help yourself to some decent herb

I'd recommend duel spec mh veg hps flower on a digital ballast just change your bulb at flip. Welcome to thc
