    Default Cleaning a pollinated area

    Right guys,

    Last grow got pollinated from a unknown hermie i got from a friend, now its coming down and i need to get the tent ready for another grow, obviously im gonna bleach/disinfect the whole inside the tent inc floor an roof, now the question is how the F*&K am i supposed to clean inside the fan and filter, ducting ect? and is there anything else i need to be aware of?

    Well it happen to me years ago bro in a tent I just totally disenfected everything as you have already said washed the carbon filter sleeve in washing. I changed the ducting. I was ru ming passive intake so didn't have to worry inlet fan.

    Pollen has a short lifespan. I wouldn't stress out too much about it all.

    The fan should come apart to clean pretty easy, the ducting could always go in the shower to be rinsed or replace for what it costs.

    I'm with Spdrjeff, pollen is only viable for a couple of weeks. By the time you are ready to flower, any pollen still around would be incapable of pollinating

    Sweet cheers for the heads up, will get disinfecting the tent/poles ect an wash the filter sleeve an sod the rest, never ever want to experience this again unless im breeding for a reason. FUXK HERMS lol
