Default Arrrgh... this is mould right?

Plants on day 4 of flushing. Noticed a leave drying up. Had a look inside... this is mold correct?
I'm new to growing so this has me gutted.it on one of my big colas... how far down do I chop it after I bag it up?

Yeah 100% 4th pic is killer, unlucky mate

I would lose the whole cola, take the plant(s) out and start bleaching things, its spreads so quick so be vigilant...

Damn... so close to the end too. Shifting the plants at this stage is tough... they've grown themselves around the lights and tend door has a lip lol.
I noticed the dying leaf last night but thought it might be part of the flush. I had a quick look but didn't see the mould but today it's flourished. I've put a baggy over the bud. Checked as much of the others as I could. No other damage or dying leaves as far as I can see.
The moulds right at the top of the cola and the colas gotta be at least a foot long. Worth cutting 6 inches 1st and checking the moulds not spread that far down?

    Pic 2 is pretty convincing...

Or worse it could be spider mites, but other pics don't point to that, to me anyway.

I think if the affected area is small, cover the affected areas with bin bag whatever, and chop those areas. The idea is that the bin bag (or whatever you use to cover the bad areas) would prevent the spores from spreading.

Mould spores are everywhere, and will grow if the conditions are right, i.e. stagnant air, high humidity. If you are keeping the plant, you might want to up your exhaust/extraction fan to get the air moving, then take her across the finish line.

What RH% readings do you have? As I recall for flowering the humidity is ideally below 50%, so there is still hope.

Just FYI and you might know this already, high humidity shortens lifespan of carbon filters. You might want one on stand by in case as you try to vent out the tent, your current filter gives up.

    Hope you safe her!!

Ill Defoe bleach and clean when I chop but hoping to avoid that step till then. On day 4 of the flush. I'm assuming it's not worth ending the flush too early... don't want chemical weed

id add another fan if you can at a later date, moving air stops the spores settling on your plants and spreading in the first place
dying/yellowing bud leaves are a breeding ground for mold/spores

fingers crossed it's just 1-2 buds only

gutted mate. i had some on my first 1, (im only on my second 1 now) i didnt have cobwebs like that but it was brown and old looking, threw it away, probably about 4-5 grams. rest of plant was fine,

edit: i didnt see the bastard till i was trimming before drying her, i guess i got lucky with it not spreading.

Love this place... can't keep up with the replies

Humidity has varied from 49 to 70 during lights out when it's been raining recently. Right now it's 69 outside the tent and 58 inside. Temps swing from 18 to 27 though I've just reduced the lights out from 6 hrs to 3 and a half to try and reduce the swing and humidity. Intake is passive. If I lower the extract speed temps and humidity both rise.
Got 3 tent fans. Two fixed and 1 occilates. Plus the extract causes a lot of negative pressure

3 fans should have been enough to rustle them,
70% rh is very high in full flower, id up the extraction to move more air if it's an option

at 70% rH your plants can pespire and you don't want that moisture in full bloom
