I've just given them a good drenching through and put some water in the trays as well so hopefully tomorrow they'll look a bit happier.
I'll re-pot tomorrow then as well.

Also, I have some Canna Soil and Fox Farm nutrients. Is it worth adding some Pure Worm Castings into the soil or is that just overkill? As I'm aware Fox Farm already contains this anyway.

    Thanks

Fox farms is a hot soil. Better to plant up into the plain soil and then make a worm tea in a few weeks when they are ready for nutrients.

A good drenching plus water in trays sound like overwatering to me. Overwatering will cause issues.

I've already started using nutrients but only a really small amount in like 2 gallons of water (started today) and they were pretty dry so I think i was under-watering - I guess I'll know tomorrow if they look a bit happier.

And is a word tea like water and worm casting mixed together?

1 cup of castings with 1 oz of unsulfured molasses per liter of water. Use an airstone to let it brew for 24 hours before using. Solids can be filtered out with cheese cloth to avoid clogging your watering can. You can top dress the soil with the leftover solids.
