Wet vac for runoff?

Ive gone from using syringes to siphons to deal with runoff in my coco pots, however the siphon finally gave out on me today and im looking for an alternative. Besides elevating to pots, the best solution seems to be a wet vacuum.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions before i invest in a new vacuum cleaner?

you can use a garland tray with mesh over like this then wet vac it out, i used to do it this way


now i use rhizo auto drain system for my coco airpots, no messin about hoovering etc

this was setup in my old 1.2 x1.2 tent, the drippers up top were home made for about 60quid.


water butt in corner for drippers then the black brain collects run off and blasts it in to the tub next to it simples


and here is current setup in 2.4x1.2 tent, with rhizo drain system
