at first glance it looks like heat stress but cant be since ur temps are low
might be nute burn depending on how often you feed
1 other thing i read is that if the leaf dies check the bud for rot .

im a noob tho mate so wait till someone else comes along

Is that browning or purpling.... many strains will go purple towards the end.

What is your light schedule? Is there a temp swing? How cold does it get at lights out? I see this when my plants get cold durring lights out.

It looks like a phosphorous issue. If the temperature gets cold all of a sudden it can cause the plant to uptake more phosphorous and cause the purple leaves...Most nutrients have plenty of P, especially if using a Bloom nutrient which is odd this would be happening if currently feeding Bloom. Some plants are known to take up phosphorous pretty quickly though

Light schedule is 24 hours. I was planning on flushing the plant today after checking for mould, etc. Temp is pretty constant 23 - 25c. I have heaters.

    warm regards

    Default light burn

LED is almost like little lasers shooting down on your plants! They can be very intense and when you run them for 24hrs then the leaf tissue gets damaged. I would give them at least 4hrs of darkness or raise them a few inches. Your problem is light burn!
