I’m lucky, the wife does all the cooking and shopping and makes everything fresh, I don’t eat anything from the freezer, and pot noddles, a thing of the past man lol, I haven’t eaten one of those for years. Since they took the salt out lol.

Big problem for fat kids is fizzy drinks. My kids don’t drink anything fizzy at all! Far too much sugar
Takes about an hour to cook a decent meal and maybe £10...takes a phone call and £10 for 'chicken' nuggets, fries & can of coke for them so 'parent' can get back to playing games on phone. I've had 19 years experience of 300+ parents in a goverment labelled 'deprived' area of an inner city...a lot of the kids got money to buy their own lunches on the way to school...guess what that consisted of

If you want a fat, unhealthy kid...feed them takeaway food and Coke because its easy...give them money to buy their own lunch from the local shop...but stop blaming society...everything in moderation...except weed, obviously

Lots of other things are unhealthy but they are discouraged rather than removed...

You folks want to see some fat people, come to America. It's all fast food, microwaving and couch potatoes. Last night at work a 200kg dude fell and couldn't get back up. Took 6 of us and a lift. He couldn't even sit up without 4 helping.

I'm built for rugby. Growing up in the 70s I was the 3rd largest kid in my school of 2000 students. 100kg and 185 cm, I was stout. Still the same weight. Now I see 200kg people all the time.

That takes dedication, you know. You can't miss a carb and fat laden snack.

It’s shocking sometime man, I don’t understand how people get that big. At what point do you look at yourself and think, hmmm getting a bit chunky, should really do some exorcise or I’ll never have my dick sucked again! Really! Lol

I mean, I’m not a health freak, but I like to look nice lol
