got no extra soil to add to new pots dont know what to do

Well when you can get some. It's not an emergency. That's why u want to mix perlite, vermiculite or peat in to help with drainage and keep it from compacting.
Do that next time. Vermiculite is cheaper than perlite. Use a bit less than 1 part to 2 parts soil.

I wouldn't change the pot tehy are in, they've done fine until now, roots can grow through concrete given enough time so compaceted soil at this stage is just due to it settling over time and with each watering.
It could be fungal, there are a few klinds of fungal diseases that cause rusty spots, but not usually so dark, the curliong of many of the leaves looks like overwatering and if so then they have been over-nuted too.
If it's fungal there's nothing you can do so i'd give them pure water on their next feed (in case it's over-0watering/nuting) but wait unti the pots are very light, around 50% dried out.
To prevent fungal infections like this, you can put sulphur powder on the plants when they are 4 weeks old or more. You can also get preventative fungicides.
One cause of rusty spots is water spillage on leaves during watering, so best to soak up with tissue or cloth if this happens.

ignore the fact lights on lol and look at em 14 hrs later and recovery is visable i had to decompact the soil to allow air in .... And as iv come yo learn compacted soil exhibits symptoms identical to over watering ie no airation... lesson learned

whats the chances of major damage to yeild at this stage?
GEORGE (26-11-18)
Thanks bro, those are some good photos for learning. I bet everyone that grows has seen those kind of leaves in our own gardens at one time or another. Don't pack your soil and water your soil slowly! Over compaction, lack of aeration, and the over-watering of your soil, can all lead to anaerobic activity. Over-watering can look like nitrogen is unavailable to the plant and will appear as the plants or needing some. Also, over watering an heavy organic soil can cause too much Nitrogen to be released into the pot and cause toxic Bear Claw. Watering is the Key.
