Default need some help plants in week 6

hi so the nothern lights auto are now in week 6 plant 1 went Into flower on Friday 30th, plant 2 still yet to go into flower.

I have made a few post about this before i think I may have had some sort of pest problem as I was finding small holes and a small yellow holes appearing on edges and the top of the fan leaves, I have been spraying with neem oil for past week but now as you can see on plant 2 some of the leave tips looking like they are dying, it's only on a few and I have checked them all with a 90x loupe and can't see any physical bugs I have a fly trap in there too and nothing on that either, they are in week 6 and I haven't given any nutrients yet there are in plant magic supreme soil, based on the photos could these be a sign of nute defiency and time to start giving them the grow and bloom and calmag ?? as I said I was pretty sure it was thrips but haven't seen any and even after the neem oil treatment it's still happening(holes slowed down abit though)??? a couple of the leaf tips are curling too but only 1 or 2 thought I would just mention it,on both plants too some on the smaller fan leaves right at the bottom seem to be dying off and turning yellow (another reason I'm thinking this might be a nute problem instead of thrips now)

plant 1 is fine just slightly starting to see some growing tips and whitish yellowing dots

Last grow i did i used PM soil,i found it very nitrogen rich and your plants are still looking really, really dark,(so defo no OT grow is needed.) I usually start using bloom about a week or two after they start to flower. As for the holes/leaf discoloration, im really not sure but I know it takes awhile to fully get rid of thrips, lil'buggers?

Hi are you watering until you get a bit of run off from bottom?
And you probably won't need the grow nutes at all until you see any deficiency later on in and we'll into flower and same as kurdt says that soil has plenty of food in and just go by the leaf colour a bit
I have found that the Pm bloom was a bit pissy and I just added 1/ or 2 mil of grow to the bloom every 3r watering
    Just my tuppence worth
