It surprised me how much heavy metals they pull out of our dirty water with centrifuges and what they do with the waste they cannot treat . It would amaze you where it ends up . Then there?s the clean water sites which are kept under lock and key , you need a chaperone at all times making sure you do not contaminate the supply.

In the US we can poison people and after a bunch of folks die, someone will cry for a few days on the news, then eventually the government will spend millions on a clean up. This is as opposed to making the people responsible pay.

My water is 480 us/cm. R/O for me for sure.
Here's what my stuff looks like out of the dishwasher before I rinse with r/o water and hand dry.

My last house had brown water. My r/o filter is a great investment. It was only $70 and takes me to 0 us/cm.

Mines 4 stage 100 gallon per day. Probably wastes that much. I'm unconcerned about the waste as I'm in midwest US. Water is all over here.

Also regarding calibration, the obvious mineral buildup on my sinks, dishes and toilets speaks for itself. I started my first grow with tap water. I was having to use 20ml pH down every day. Lots of limestone in the area. High levels of that causing my pH problems and goodness knows what sort of potential health effects.
