Default ok to lst during flower??

hi plants came into flower few days ago plant 1 was on Friday and plant 2 was Sunday, just curious to know if it's ok to carry on lsting them , I have just gone in and repositioned the plant to get light to the lower bud sights and I have push the fan leaves to the sides and pushed them down so they are not blocking the light, is this ok during in flower might be a stupid question but do not wanna stress them out as they are auto flowers

I do but you got to go easy, the stems start to stiffen up during flower making them less pliable, but early on you should be good to go.

Noticed this with my plants, didn’t realise how much they would stiffen up when the change happened. Just be gentle and it will be fine, you’ll get a feel for it

There's definitely a bit of LST you can do but nowhere near as much as in early veg. To be honest, by this time the hard work (it's not really that hard) should be done and you just let her flower out.

But yes, just a tiny bit of pulling tops down can be done. Not my cup o' nutty brown, though.

And yes, tucking leaves is sound, IMO.

I should add that I would only use existing LST restraints at this point - I wouldn't add anything new....so tighten (GENTLY) existing wires etc, but nowt more.

I always thought the point of LST was to force more top node growth. If the plant was too far in flower (say past stretch) would there be a point other than maybe air flow?

    Yes.

To pull an over-eager top down so that all the tops are receiving the same light...
