    Which leaf is that on?

If it's on the lower leaves then it's probably been there the whole time but you never noticed.

Its probably when the seedling first started growing, you always have hotspots in soil that are heavier in elements than the rest of the soil. When the roots enter the hotspot it shows like your leaf.

It's the newer leaves nearer the top that will be effected by additional nutes not the lower leaves.

Do you have any grow nutes?

It could be slight heat stress. But all looks good to be fair.

Difficult to guage distance with these lights. Looks good from here for now. I would guess around 14 inches is good.

yeah i had simular problems with my led light too. It always seems to burn my leaves any closer than 16 inches. People say 12 inches is the best way to go but ive learned that not all led lights are the same in how close you put them to your plant. but anyways they are looking good man! Are you not going to top them?
