    The fan came with it yes but no clue what do with it, no room inside tent

    The fan can be hooked up outside too, so ducting out from the tent, to the fan which you can prob attach directly to the carbon filter.
    A fan is a must when extracting. It'll also help keep temps getting too high, or at least lower than they'd be without sucking air out.

    Or put the fan it the tent sock and duct to the filter... I have an orchid fan that fits inside the ducting so it shouldn't take more than a few inches space being in the tent sock

    So I want the blade face facing outwards on tent blowing air into tent?

    The fans usually have an arrow showing the airflow. Otherwise just turn it on to see.
    You're extracting the air in the tent so u want air pulled out and pushed through the filter. That'll cause negative pressure in the tent so if the notice the tent walls bowing in you know the smells are leaving via the filter.
    Some people run a second fan for bringing in air, but in a tent like yours most will let the negative pressure pull in air from the room the tents in passively.
