Forums are massive with different people and opinions. Always going to be piss takers, just gotta find the bunch you like. Been a member here since Overgrow got canned and not a one since.

I have noticed ROI is a bit hostile. I dont post there as most ppl will jump on you if you're not totally on point about something. And by totally on point I mean not in line with their personal preference.

This is my experience of RIU at present. But as we all know regular users/contributors change from month to month. I do think most forums that discus any subject matter can have spells when the main contributors are arsy clever shits and all they gang together. I have found on THCtalk if a newby asks a silly question most of the regulars are more forgiving and any spats are usually short lived.

Overgrow was a mixed bag. One guy just outright refused to use "proper" canna nutes because in his experience, powder nutes worked just as well. He got totally blasted. Needless to say he did not last that long. Mad really, why get so wound up over a stranger's grow?

One other guy stood out from the rest there was Cancerian who was really helpful but neither would he take abuse. He's passed on now but anyway, since that site got taken down I took on different hobbies too. Never knew they had reopened until I came here.

I'm sorry to see they went so sour. At one time they were very help full and friendly. The only reason I left was they grow and sale and talk 1,000 of plants, and that just wasn't for me. I am so glad I found the Talk, quite the difference and just right for my learning. Thank you ThcTalk.com

I reckon been member of a few different fires out there and can be honest to say never have I founds a more welcoming and friendly forum as this one here. I do knows that Im Canadian and fur the most part this site be most folks from crossed the pond but can tell ya not once has folk here made fun me the way I talk or cause im a simple grower to my means and the folk here managing the place do very good at the job they do without to much if any favoritism. ifin I was to warn anyone of a curtain forum out there it would be MarijuanaPassion or Mars Passion as that there site be run by the biggest bully click and corrupt in the way they treat members cause ifin yual takes to pissin them off they find ways to actualy get ya even if yur right and expose them in what they do. Got banned fur life and mighty glad I did cause ifin I hadn't woudnt of found this here warm fire been callin home now fur a few years. Much abliged to yual fur having me and havin this great site to visit

im biased! found the talk first time, took a gamble n lucked out i recon

never have i joined such a community before, from members reaching out to others n wishing them the best the competitions n giveaways, the banter n craic yeah ill be going nowhere in a hurry

Lurked on a few forums for a while including this one, but mind was made up quickly. Awesome forum, awesome members, always helpful and always there for each other. Even admin are 'pretty good' no elitist crap

Couldn't ask for more considering what we do. Am aiming to be around for a long time to come...need the damn gallery sorting out though
