I used the 80cm one in my roof cube. I now use it in my 1x1.
Couldn't advise on the 1m para. But obviously the 80cm one would be able to go higher into the apex if needed

I have never been able to convince myself that a parabolic with a vertically hung bulb would be as good as any horizontally hung bulb in any shade. Saying that I have never tried a parabolic. I can see they would have a great spread but not the penetration of a horizontal bulb, I could maybe be convinced if the bulb was horizontal, If I can find a horizontal parabolic I may try one.

I run Adjusta wing Avenger which I like but they do have hotspots.

My parabolic shade has the option of running the bulb vertically or horizontally, either way I still want the new leds
