Lights and timers

Hi all just a quick question I've got 2 light atm on a 2socket timer. Wanting to put a 3rd light up and plug it in a single socket with a timer separate would a normal timer be good enough to hold the watts thanks.

Ive got my lights,fan and PC all in one surge protector which is plugged into a timer. No problems. Although if you are using HPS i believe some normal timers cant handle them

Ye it's a 600w hps which timer would ppl recommend thanks

Thought so

You can get a heavy duty lumii timer for around 9 quid

I personally would go for a contactor myself and switch the load properly.

If using separate timers make sure you space them 15 mins apart

Put them on different circuits if u can. Different outlets at least and 2 surge protectors. That much wattage is going to generate serious heat if u bunch them all together.

Then you have to add in whatever other electronics ur using.

Gotta keep safe to keep the revolution alive.
