    Hi Redz,

    I have quinoa and white mustard, other than hemp what other cheap seeds would be good ?

    He has a list on his living soil diary at the beginning, but I remember alfalfa.

    Yeah he does but the alfalfa is very pricey compared to the quinoa and mustard (9 quid vs 2 quid).

    Wow that's really expensive for some grass seed. Even the 2 quid. Google it as well as asking redz.

    Any bean for nitrogen. Chamomile for sulfer, potassium and calcium.

    Morning lads I got a good few to put up for ya and I’ll put there used too, you can use certain cover crops for certain periods of grows if you like, veggin,flowering etc
    Fenugreek,
    All clovers
    Rye grass
    Buckwheat
    Field beans
    Lupine
    I’ll get more and there uses today bro

    No worries mate,
    I only keep a cover crop there while there?s light getting to it then it?s not so bad I?ll use a straw or something to keep the watering Down or on a smaller pot I would put a cover even plastic like the sip top dress cover with castings and covdrvamd watch the microbes get to work
