Yeah between 4 and 6 inches mate but mine was only 50 watts ish lol, think we have a winner lol glad my awful grow history is proving of use pmsl

Mate we all start somewhere and like you say, least it's proving to be useful, I'd say you know more about growing than me an i did my first grow 8 years ago stopped then started again 6 months ago, it's the time and effort you put into this site, you must have read the whole forum 100x over lol wish I had the time and patience to do so myself unfortunately it's not an option for me, luckily I have the talk an people like you guys to guide me along my way. I'm sure when the kids have grown up and I'm not working 50+hrs a week it will all change

Cheers mate yeah Ive read tons and listened to plenty but nothing trumps experience ! And that is just an issue of time and perseverance. To be honest my life is high stress and I suffer anxiety so this is my hide away where its just weed, good ppl and my cool hobby.

I'm with you 100% there mate suffer anxiety and depression myself, seems to come and go though luckily for me feel for the ones that suffer 24-7 and never speak out

I suffer on and off, when i stop training(weight lifting) it gets worse, I have been out of the gym for the last month so its kicking my ass a bit at the minute. I use CBD when I cant get weed which both help a bit but the Iron is th3 key for me

Deffo feel bad for those that suffer in silence man its torture and often made worse with prescription drugs that are unnecessary if people just eat better and exercise mate. Ive dedicated my life and my career to that premise and the evidence supporting that is unfathomable!!!!

this looks definitely like LED burn or bleaching. Just move the light up a little
