Since the update the subbed thread notifications are working better. Noticed a few peoples Tapatalk usernames coming through when making a new threas not their forum names...

Be worth checking your Tapatalk username to make sure it doesnt contain any sensitive info

Can do it by clicking the person icon on the homepage

Had to message members last year who had names and pics on show also linked to their Google plus account (not a problem soon) so be aware ypu can see it if it's there

I think Tapa username always been visible

For example Tapa message isn't forum specific

It amazes me how people put all the cannabis forums there next to motorbikes or dogs and normal 'legal' things oblivious to the default public settings.

I know mate, ive had all sorts subbed through it turned my public profile off now though atleast!

I made my tapa account just to use this forum as i arent on any others anyway so made it with a similar username, good job really!

I don't even have a option to change it? I did have before it updated. Now all I get is this on the 'settings' tab.
Using android aswell.

ive mine set to private now too, still cant figure my head round tappa to be honest! much prefer the desktop forum

Same here... but the tap is just much easier for pics... otherwise im on the desktop!

I don't know I just picked all the private settings. Face told me to do this years ago and it's been the same since grab a screen shot of my profile for me please
