Use one 600 watt for 30 days, and when the flowering plants fill up the grow area more, add the other 600 watt. I never start all the lights at one time. Same goes for the 400 watt lights! Start them at different times. I would just use them sparingly as you need them.
But that's not the energy supplier being suspicious. That's down to the grower not taking precautions

I’m with everyone else, all the electricity company does is provide you a service... as long as you can pay for that service they’ll want to keep you around. Even if questioned about it, just say you’ve gotten a few new electronics for Christmas and they run constantly. The company doesn’t really have the right to question you though, as you’ve paid for it

In my line of work I can promise you they will be more than happy providing you are paying your bill on time and not fiddling. Don’t stress about it mate. There’s a lot of things I’m stressing over but the energy supplier is right at the bottom of my list haha

You could tell them if they ask that your mining bitcoin. That saps a lot of power. So much so that it’s banned in China because they can’t keep up with the power it was pullling at peak times.

So many explanations for high power usage.

I charge my plug in hybrid overnight is a good one. They take roughly 8 kwhrs to fill them. It's on 12 hour timer officer

Your provider would be more likely to start asking questions if your leccy were to suddenly drop right down, as long as you keep paying all will be golden, chill brother

I think I am already going over the guided quote per month what the energy supplier gave me as I'm on a set payment direct debit each month.

Do you think that's enough for anyone to get suspicious if I start using 2 bulbs.

I am paying the supplier every month but I'm using more than their estimate.

Any ideas I could tell them??
All they want is your money, pay your bill on time. Shouldn't be any problems.
