Hi gardo when you say increase the screw im assuming you mean the lo screw does the vo stay turned up for full grow

I have the same ish150pro light, Vo turned max, Io adjusted as I want it, I had the Io at 50% for seedling stage and had it on full from veg till now at 3 weeks flower, I just adjust the height now.
I had it at 30" at seedling around 22/24" at veg and Ive been keeping it around 20" for flower its at 18/19" at the moment Im running out of space got about 2inches left to play with so Hopefully she dont stretch a lot more. I dont imagine you want it closer than 18"
