Hi guys just a couple of questions how soon do you put the seedlings under light(ish150 pro) also how far does the light need to be from the them thanks chris????

I'd have the dimmer right down ( assuming a standard driver) and hang at 30 inches

Then just drop the light an inch every two days until get to 24 inches.

If there's 2 screws, put V to max ( clockwise all the way ) and reduce I, anticlockwise

Thats fantastic do i just leave on that setting for vegging if so whats the setting for flower sorry for all the questions its my first grow only a couple of plants and my first seedling has just come through tonight ??im well excited

Get down to 24 inches as above, which will take you into veg.

Then increase the screw 20% each week so that when get to flower your on full watts.

Then as flower gets going, slowly drop to 15-18 inches by week 4 of flower.

This is all for a photoperiod btw

All slowly slowly, no big jumps

Have you got a wall watt meter to plug in? Best to see what the screw is actually doing
