Default Significant discrepancies in recommended dosage (Superthrive, H2o2)

Hello, I've done loads of reading on how to use a couple of products I've bought recently (namely H2o2 and Superthrive) and, as usual, I'm left none the wiser due to all the different answers out there.

Firstly Superthrive: a large number of threads say with confidence that it's just a drop per gallon.
The bottle arrived and it says "1/4tsp per gallon" which is something like 15-20 drops.
Even grow shop descriptions vary between these two.
It surely can't not-matter, because the difference is quite significant.
    So which is it?

Secondly, H2o2. I searched a dozen threads and wrote down and organised every recommendation, which all fell into one of three camps (for 3% solution):

    - 3ml per liter is the normal recommended amount.
    - you can safely use 10 or 20ml per liter, even 30+ (use at your own personal risk)
    - (including on general gardening websites) you can safely dilute h2o2 at 100ml/l, 250ml/l, 1:4 ratio, etc.

The difference between 3ml and 250ml seems huge!
I might as well have saved hours of reading and just taken a blind guess.

I'm hoping a THCTalker can drop some knowledge on either of these products.
Also I'm curious to know what others do when they come across such conflicting information.

    Cheers!

SuperThrive is 1ml per gallon, 1/4 tsp is 1.25ml ''tsp is 5ml''
anything stronger and they'll suffer for it mate,

can't help with peroxide, i aerated my water and kept it chilled so didn't need it

    That's bang on mate, what I've got written here ... 1ml / 1/4tsp (15-20 drops)

But if you put the question into Google (not asking you to!) you'll see everyone raving about 1-2 drops per gallon, and even the Gr**ns website says "As a guide Superthrive should be used at a rate of one drop for every four litres of water."

Dunno how the 1 drop per gallon thing started but it's not what superthrive put on the bottle!

Do you use ST yourself at that dosage Monster? If so, I'm just gonna take 1ml as the final answer

maybe they got 1ml & 1 drop mixed up??

i have 2 different syringes for food, a small 5ml one and a large 30ml one
the small one i can feed precise since it's marked at 0.25ml intervals

the 30ml one is marked at each 5ml

have used it b4 mate, when i was getting lots of stress to the girls by overfeeding and light stress
was more me being impatient and trying to rush to the finish

Soz I meant, do you personally use superthrive at the 1ml /l dosage?
Cause if so then I take your word that it's fine

If all those people did mix up 1ml with 1drop then they're all smoking too much weed,
As one mil is 20x bigger than a drop! (It's a convertable thing apparently)

That's why I want to be sure that using the larger (1ml) recommendation isn't too much and like you say, won't make em suffer!
    Cheers

Eta: just saw your edit. That's good to know then

yea mate i did when i was using coco, was always 1ml a gallon when id stress the life outta them,
haven't used it in some time now

i wouldn't use it on seedlings though only established plants,

if ya paranoid about it just do 1 drop, you'll see yourself it isn't enough
i used it to encourage better root growth and when i was overfeeding/causing stress to them

that was me in coco using a wilma 8pot, if ya going on very young seedlings/plants that might need changed slightly,
but if it's straight coco/hydro with established plants 1ml is fine

On the Superthrive website they recommend 1ml per 4 litres for hydro. I use it at 1/2 ml per 4 litres RDWC but only in veg. I stop feeding it as soon as I flip the switch.
