    Oh yeah still got to have a life and eat what we enjoy. For me though the gym thing isn't just about being in shape but for health. I'm not fat now alright I ain't got a 6pack but deffo ain't fat. I will still have the odd treat just making sure its gluten free but that's because of being someone with celiac disease. Still going to enjoy a drink as well lol i enjoy being drunk but again not gonna be on the mendellas because of the gluten.

    I just feel way better not eating shit food thats probably to do with celiac disease again though. Honestly never gave a shit about diet before but as I get older I find myself caring way more about overall health. I ain't looking to become 18stone or anything crazy at the gym lol . I just want to be in better shape and caring more about my body. When I hit 30 I'm even gonna start doing yoga at home. Used to think that was a woman's thing tbh but I see so many who are stiff or have bad backs.

    I just work out at home best bit of equipment I have is a trap bar or hex/shrug bar whatever you want to call it.

    My wife goes to yoga twice a week and my daughters do it a bit. I tried yoga twice, feck that its harder than anything I have done and I do push myself hard with the weights but for no longer than 30- 40 minutes and only 3 times each week (weights) upper - off - lower -off - upper- off - off - lower - off - upper, and so on. I made myself a 20k sand bag out of an old inner tube and if I am sitting at the computer all day I will go outside and throw that around for 10 minutes.

    old skool medicine ball right there but great for the body, you got a kettlebell?
    there a real handy free weight

    No monster mate, like my inner tube full of sand, it is cut in half and I have made two handles on each end. I pick it up off the ground and throw it in the air as hard and high as I can, probably slightly more forgiving than a kettle ball if it comes back down and hits you on the head.
