Ok so my advice is to do potting soil/peat with 10% compost mixed through. See how it feels. You should be able to run your fingers through easily when its moist. Then put a seedling in and see how she does. If you think she needs more compost, then top dress the soil evenly with a cup full.

Put a good sized seedling in. Say with a couple sets of true leaves.
