Is this grow tent a good buy? Plus some noob questions

Not sure if ebay links are allowed but I'm going to be buying a grow tent start of next month and was thinking of buying this one - ebay item no 261985500992
Whats your thoughts on this kit?

Also to add to the shopping list is an ec pen or truncheon, im not sure which one yet which do you guys think is best?

I was also thinking of getting a 300 watt cfl for the seedling stage and veg and then switch to the hps a couple week before flower? or is this not neccesary?

I can't think of anything else ill need off the top of my head but let me know if I have everything covered or need something else.

I've got some seeds I was thinking of either popping some MOAL mother of all lemon haze or some chronic, I think my first proper grow in a tent should be with the chronic as it would go well with my username

If you're able get bluelab EC truncheon and the bluelab pH pen. They aren't cheap but trust me, they are worth the extra money for their lifespan and general quality

Deffo aks for a mentor mate, why fumble when you can smash it first time. Not 100% saying you will get one but your proposed set up will interest a couple of mentors I reckon mate.

You may also want to add cal mag and Buddas silicone to your shopping list.
I've heard you're best off avoiding kits... not sure if swiftair is a good brand but id want to go for quieter ducting, canna coco pro plus as a medium, mountain air as my filter, and then a rvk fan or something... im not sure what the best fans are.
