Questions about my first grow

Hello buds! This is my first post on this forum. So far I learnt a lot from you guys, but I really need help with my first grow.

I have these 4 OG Kush vegging. They are 7 weeks old:

I have done some lst and my idea was putting a scrog net now that they are about 30 cm (12 inches) tall. I have a couple of questions: When should I start the flowering stage? Should I just set the timer to 12/12 or should I transition progressively (like adding 1 hour of darkness everyday or something like that)?

Also, I noticed these black spots on the leaves of one of them:

What is it and how should I treat them?

install the scrog net first, train your plant to fill the net to about 60% then flip to flower,
during the stretch fill the remaining space in the scrog net

i just go straight to 12-12, it gets the same results as reducing it by 1hr a day it's just faster/easier
those little spots, have you checked under the leaf for any bugs?

Alright, so I'll install the net and wait for 1-2 weeks til 60% of the surface is filled, right?
