Default What's the best flowering light cycle in my case?

Hi buds. I am going to flip very soon, and I have a noob question.

While vegging, lights are on at 18:00 and off at 12:00 (following the classic 18/6)

Now I'd like to move the hours and start the 'day' at 06:00 til 18:00. (12/12)

Can I do that or would it mean a lot of stress for my plants? I was thinking of just keeping lights on today til 18:00 and begin the 12 hours of darkness.

    Thanks!

yes you can do that. just don’t change light timings during heavy flower OR go into your groom when lights are off mate. i like to have my lights on at 18:00 til 06:00 through the night as it helps with temps this time of year(UK)
