Welcome to led grow lights, that 900w timber uses 432w PAR watts. Also the cree cxb3590 while being the business a few years ago are not nearly as efficient as the HLG.

Lastly, those cobs on the timber will be too powerful in your 16sq feet. More for a 5x5 or 6x6

The HLG is far superior imho

Does the hlg have uv and ir ? Is it even needed or can I just buy a uf-b bulb and supplant during flower ?

You will get top quality with the hlg. Bit of IR no UV. Can supplement if you like but you wont really miss it with led.
